8 Page Zines
This is a section of some of my favorite 1 sheet - 8 page zines that I've made. I plan to make a lot more of these because they're a lot of fun to do, but I also plan to make fuller and bigger zines of some of these concepts as well.
Treats (2024)
Treats is a silly but suggestive zine with various little comics, sketches and doodles of the character named Gleo, nicknamed "Milkman." It's a small anthology of him enjoying treats, as well as him exploring his experience with the concept of "treats."
Things About Cows (2024)
This is a fully illustrated zine of different breeds of cows with random fun facts about them and what makes cows so wonderful!
The Color Blue (2024)
This zine is about the concept of learning how to start loving your body, which is a challenge for many people in itself. Loving ourselves is where we want to be, and it's always suggested and reminded, but this is zine is about my thoughts on how to START doing that, and sometimes the first step to loving, is to at least accept and acknowledge it first
Ellie's Ephemeral (2018)
Ellie's Ephemeral is a short story inspired by the question "if you could see your whole life from start to finish, would you change anything?" After a life-threatening experience, Ellie finds herself in the hands of the Cosmos, offering her a chance to be reborn at the expense of leaving everything else behind.
Kamik and the Reaper (2019)
It's a short comic about an old comic artist avoiding death by making a deal with the reaper.
Here's A Reminder (2019)
It's simply a reminder on self-love. A very simple 8-page comic. This is the full version
PechaKucha (2018 - 2021)
Pechakucha is a mixed media project that I've been working on. It's a comic with a few animated panels and a soundtrack. I'm currently working on a series of musical character albums for each character. It's about a group of friends and the importance of transparency and communication in building a healthy relationship with one another, and also magical girl destiny.
Originally worked on in 2018, currently on hiatus and in the process of a reboot.
Heroes of the Stars (2018 - Present)
Heroes of the Stars is a silly fan comic I've been working on as a means to experiment and have fun with composing my pages. It's a crossover between Dragonball and Kirby, and its ridiculous concept helps me feel free to experiment and explore the comic medium more. It's in the style of a scrolling comic, so pages are in different sizes to accommodate paneling. I have been building a soundtrack on the side for this comic as well.
